Scooby, you are a role model. I am an 18 year old kid and I work out at home, never at a gym. At first I thought I would never go anywhere by doing home workouts, but doing so has forced me to be more creative and resourceful with what I have. For example, I use a foldable table (40+ lbs.) to do rows, 3 chairs to do deep&wide pushups, and so on. I learned a lot from your videos.

I just graduated from high school so I have some more time during the summer. One of the things I'm trying to do is get my left chest to catch up with my right. My basketball coach made me do too many burpee's and I'm afraid I did them off-balanced, placing more pressure on the right chest when I go down to the pushup position from a squat-jump motion. This "Roller" workout can really help me get my left chest back. All I have to do is force the left do more work. |
