No these thinks are real.. my mother is a psyhiatrist its on the brain this is a sickness you are born with.. you have no control over it ;) maybe the mustard its a little to much.. but my mother had to deal with someone who was scared to death of frogs and blood....the man almost died of crisis when he saw blood
