fast Stardom and drugs, the fast lane of life, and his own ego is what killed him. He was a great performer and is dearly missed by millions. Some say he died of a broken heart too. Lisa Marie was his life, he truely adored that little girl... He loved Pracilla untl the day he died also... Fame is really the only hing that doomed the relationship and all his "Memphis Mafia" digging at him daily...

At first, he seemed a little detached like he was just doing it because it was one of his hits and people expected it but as the song went on, he got swept up in it. The guy was a natural showman. he loved to perform. You can really see it here.
