Justin...you sound like a nice person. No offense taken. Thanks for clarifying though.
I probably came across too harsh in my response. I understand your points, and is true for some people. I believe one has to believe in themselves, and work hard, and even then, sometimes things can happen to derail it. Whatever works best for people is good.
Anyway...peace to you...take care.

Spiritus. My comments were not meant to offend, simply disagree. I truly admire the fact that you have become successful without the help of motivational works. I just have personally seen many unmotivated people who spend lots of money on things like (the examples i gave, booze, etc...) and I think with a simple shift in priorities, could really experience great benefit from people like Les Brown. At any rate, my main point was to give credit to Les because I believe in what he is doing.

Well, I also just quickly noticed via short bio's, that those who voted me down so harshly, are coaches themselves, or coaches in training. LOL Figures.
Anyway, no time for this argument anymore...I have a real life to live. Good luck to you all, and remember, when you 'make it'...give back to the community without selfish motive and regard.

P.S. I'm already successful and happy, without Les or any other guru's help, because I 'truly helped myself', and worked very hard. I'm also thank-ful.
Good luck to the rest.

And for the record Justin...I don't spend money on ciggs, booze, tabloid magazines etc... as you stated. Like I said earlier, I gave my opinion, and will rest my case here. Thank-you very much. I also don't need to spend hard earned cash for Les or others like him to tell me how to think positive. I have the innate ability and common sense to know how to work it out myself for free, which my track record has proven.

To each his own pimp and the rest. I'm not selling anything to you...that is one precise difference. Secondly, I'm not even promoting an idea or agenda. I simply stated my personal opinion. Take it or leave it. I can return the ? to you, in asking, why is your idea (statement of opinion to be more correct), any more superior then mine? LOL
Everyone is free to do as they wish.

Completely disagree. If you take $500 and invest in Les Brown's inspiring programs and make a committment to listen to them daily....reprogram your mind and your life for happiness and success. You will save $500 that you might have spent on booze, cigarettes, horror flicks, $15 coffee, tabloid magazines, etc... The point im making is that he is helping people who truly want to help themselves. He deserves all of the money he makes because he is providing the service that warrants his pay

bank on our gullibility? I wonder what you are thinking. I mean you don't want us to buy this idea, so what makes yours any better? Now let me make this perfectly clear. I am not trying to start anything. I am just wondering.
Spiritus7 (July 24, 2008 at 4:15 pm)
Well, let me be a killjoy here...for all the so called guru 'experts' in the world today, giving the world 'advice' on how to make things better, and to manifest everything positive, the world is getting worse! Explain that!!! The only ones really making it, are the ones taking the rest of you for a ride, and filling their pockets all the way to the bank on your gullibilty. I wonder what's next?
