My ego is dropped a lot. But there is no eagerness to do even the day to day activities. My bills are piling up, I only pay when there is pressure. I do not feel any interest in day 2 day life.I lack ambitions in life and leading life without plan. Sometime it cause disturbance in sleeping. When I make plan soon i start again meditating or watching self-realization videos. I think i am depress and day to day life in not balanced...please advice

That's true Pratya, I am not free. I have no idea what freedom is. I have no idea what I am. I have no idea what anything is. I am absolutely stuck and mired in a miserable existence, and my "parroting" of nondualistic concepts was another failed attempt to escape this unsavory state. Spirituality hasn't worked. Nonduality hasn't worked. Nothing has worked. It may work for some. Some may see through the I, some may dwell in the present. At the moment and so far, I do not.

Who said I am suffering? Don't jump to conclusions. Like you are free and liberated. Speak for yourself. Don't judge others. Just because one's separate identity is still intact does not necessarily mean one is suffering. So get off your high horse Dooality. Don't just parrot your anti conceptual crap either.

To tigger:I am not searching or seeking. I do not go to satsangs or practice spirituality. I am not a spiritual or religious person at all. Ramana Maharishi is a sage. That is why he is called Maharishi meaning a great sage. I am not a sage. Don't be silly. I am a very ordinary being. Please read about the life of Ramana Maharishi properly before you make foolish comments. I am not in the league of sages. I know that and I am not trying to become a sage. Jeff Foster is not a sage either.

I heard him saying he prefers to describe it as a sharing, as 'teacher' implies someone who wants you to become like them. This is more of a sharing of a realisation than a taught method or an attempt at giving you 'more knowledge'. Teachers can only teach ideas and beliefs. These are merely pointers at the possibility that you can't really know anything, all knowledge is gone, it's all past. The present is what's important...and it's too 'present' to be known! Hope that makes sense.

You are so wrong, ive met jeff foster in person and he is amazingly present, clear and loving, you cant just tell that from one video, it shows how quick you are to judge people and how lost in the mind you probably are. judge not lest ye be judged! if you were 'deeply realized' you wouldn't buy into your trip of believing all your concepts! |
