There have been numerous people that have had negative results from lipodissolve including permanent deformity. Please do refrain from this at least until the fda (food and drug administration) approves it if they ever do.

Many people say there are benefit from taking oral lecithin. However studies to date regarding fat suggest it may have to be injected The effects of orally administered phosphatidylcholine (PPC) on plasma lipids, lipoproteins and platelet function and composition were studied in seven healthy male volunteers. PPC did not appear to modify the levels of plasma total cholesterol and triglycerides. High density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol levels were, however, increased after six weeks of PPC.

I take lecithin 3 times a day in capsule form. Will that have an effect on my fat storages? Another words, does it have to be injected at the site of excess fat to work, or can it be taken orally? |
