Erlend Oye - the singer is Norwegian, but the band is based in Germany. Fantastic aren't they? I just saw them live last night, and they really worked the crowd! If you like them, try Kings of Convenience for calmer, moodier songs. Its Erlend Oye's band as well. And Röyksopp is also good, he sings a couple of their songs!
