It was economic then religious then biological arguements for enslaving for profits. Europe was in the dark ages, crime ridden, impoverished, diseased. Then the Pope gave an edict to enslave Blacks. Sometimes i wonder if the people leaving comments have watched the vid or really understand what the programme is about. The programme is about the RACISM born out of the transatlantic slave trade. Slavery is human fact in every country and nation. The transatlantic slave trade gave rise to the idea of one race being supirea to another on race alone. whites were slaves to whites couse they were cought by othere whites not becouse they where white.
