I'm so happy since I started being healthy :-) I can't believe I got the guts together to even get myself a personal trainer so I could do the job properly. It feels so good I just wish everyone could be healthy, 'cause we all deserve to be happy as possible and healthiness and fitness promotes that. :-D

I loved that documentary. And it was sad what we saw the school children eat. My mother didn't allow me to eat cafeteria food - and I didn't want to either! My typical lunch was a slice of swiss cheese, yogurt, a wheat bread sandwich of either PB+J or spinach and some meat (this continued on even in High School - can't go wrong with the classics) or soup, some juice and sometimes an apple or banana.
And my peers thought I was nuts.

It really is an interesting movie. At first I though it was a just another Michael Moore left wing wack-job movie. It is a little political, but not much... definately worth looking at. NetFlix has it so you can watch on-line, free with an account.

Wow, that woman eating the fast food at the beginning of the talk looked like she was on psychedelics or something, LOL!

That is a nice change of hair-style, with a blouse which also looks interesting. |
