Uh, she's being polite. She doesn't exactly know where she stands with Syaoran, and feels it would be presumptuous of her to call him by his given name when he hasn't given her permission to. (Besides, Meilin is FAMILY, of course she can call him by his given name.)

I love it when syaoran and kero chan switch bodies. It is so fuuny especially from 17.05 that part. Kero chan's acting was really great!!! Even though his smile was kind of look like it is hard to smile at meilin and say this kind of words.
