of course they don't its illegal to smoke pot in The Netherlands, but we tollerate it.....
this method works better than make it illegal, in The Netherlands we have a lower percentage of softdrugs abuse than America.

I assume you live in Hawaii, he he today out of nowhere, I saw this black ford explorer cop SUV comes blasting down the street at like 50mph. I've seen a white Toyota Highlander cop SUV driving on the wrong side of the road; sirens on. That guy must have been in some rush.
