Yes mate perhaps you are right, one bloke puts his weapon across the other blokes head, then they run in while throwing a flashbang. Maybe they are reservists i doubt they are real SAS blokes, taking time off to make a documentary, but i wouldnt have thought they would have used actors how expensive would it have been to train them. unfortunately the fact remains you are sad.
