You can't really compare Ms. Spears to Euro pop techno. Euro pop Techno is much better than the crap we mostly have for music in the US. Actually I went to Europe in the early 2000's and wanted to find some nice techno places but it seemed all they were listening to was America Hip Hop. Blah!
