if you got a mirror you'd see your fool, seriously wake up and get a life. No one needs a jerk like you messing about, and before you do anything else get some grammar lessons.

I wish China & HK good luck. I considered myself Chinese though I am not living in China nor HK.I missed Hong Kong, I like this video. I wish China will grow steadily and people from the lower level should share the fruit of success not just a small group of people. God bless China and HK.

Hong Kong is a city and it was part of China. British took over it for 100 years and return it to China in 1997. During those 100 years, people from China and Hong Kong could not cross the border unless you wanted to go through some procedures. I was young and was at school at that time, this is what I understand so far. Now of course Hong Kong is part of China, no doubt. I am speaking for myself now, I am happy to be part of CHINA

also to add that most americans don't know that HK used to be part of UK for 137 years.

for those HK ppl who say they are better than the mainlanders, sorry to tell you that most westerners view HK just another city in "china", that's right HK is just another commie place in china. so there's no point in telling everyone how you are diff. from chinese, because most americans would just tell you to "free tibet" and "go back to china".

let me add hong kong has a 50 year sovereignty after 1997 meaning they can keep their identity, this includes in olympic games, statistics, and of course an entity
if u think thats not enough ur saying ur a country which is very very not acceptable
it is nearing to traitor
just my 2c

because it is a city. it is already past 1997. all chinese cities need to cave in chinese interests because thats how the world countries run.....u cant be selfish
i regard myself as both chinese and hkonese if i was a hongkonger local, not separated.
like how los angeles ppl are americans
there really isnt anything to argue here. the only thing is the effect of identity problems due to history

i never deny that hk is a city and a part of china. but why should we(hongkong, a city) have always give way to china(a country)'s interest?
my opinion is that if there is an interest or political conflict between HK & china,i would stand on HK's side and support HK cuz im firstly HKese, then chinese, and im askin' HKese to firstly support HK, then china. |
