well while I think B gave a good performance I like Christina's better cause I felt she made the song hers and it is in my personal opinion that she is a better singer than B.I love Christina not a big fan of B but I have to say that B deserves to get some props too she's a good performer I just love Christina wayy more

christina is #58 on rolling stone's list of best singers of all time.. beyonce is not on the list.
xtina has more range & power than beyonce, so how is beyonce out of christinas league

Ah, I understand now. Your opinion is much more valuable than mine, since all I did was comment on a song, and you're somehow right for attacking me personally? Telling me to shut up? Your taste and mine are different. You like her doing anything, I like her singing other styles.
She can't sing everything well. That's a fact. Her voice won't carry it. That doesn't mean she doesn't sing anything well, she does. So lighten up and bother someone else for a change.

noo beyonce stuck with the original which is better, christina is good but shes in no league with beyonce. plus beyonce had to copy etta james version, etta was right infront of her

u don't decide if she's got soul or not. there's no right and wrong in music. imo she's the best singer in the world. that's just as true as what ur saying. ur opinion is not facts, so don't talk like it is. the only fact here is that her voice is extraordinary.

Sorry, kid, she ain't soul. She's pop... really good pop, but that's it. And, yeah, she can sing anything she wants, but that doesn't mean that she can sing it well.

Christina is a better singer than Beyonce'.I like this better than Beyonce's version cause Christina made the song her own I guess cause B is playing Etta she had to copy Etta.But Yeah Christina rocks it and she's sings better than Beyonce'.

this is soulful, this is how she sings. she's known as a blue eyed soul and the voice of this generation for a reason.
she sang this on HER show, and she's allowed to sing it however she wants. and so what if she's showing off, she has a voice that SHOULD be showcased.

Ms. Aguilera seems more intent on showcasing her vocal exercises and range, rather than interpreting a soulful and poignant ballad, an homage to true love. Yeah, we're all impressed by how long you can hold a note, and how many trills and hemi-semi-demiquavers you can stuff into a chorus. But don't ever confuse what you are doing with soulful interpretation, because that boat sailed for you long ago. |
