What's even crazier, is that he's actually tuning the flat fifth into the perfect fifth. There's that weird tension, then boom, ecstasy (in essence).

I've been practicing this solo for 3 years. Once I can get a decent bass that can handle the A-D-G-C tuning, I MIGHT even be able to mimic this pure quality.
