I like II = I above all. A jewell to me. Then the Final Extension (1st singer in the original Extension was below par tbh). Then the latest album and Chimera not far behind...

The guitarist is simply the 1 writing most of the music,which dwarves everything produced by DT since Awake in terms of quality and creativity.I've seen the drummer live,he's just perfect and tries not to do too much noise,he's especially subtle in using cymbals.Then he can be extremely loud and fast too.The bassist does his job,the keyboardist puts the atmosphere without boring show-off.The singer is as good as Allen live(means Labrie is light years behind).Most underrated band I know of.

HI..! to me the best album is "Chimera", i think that is most progressive than the other albums.. but hey.. if i want, listen all their albums.. there are not too much and make your own opinion :)

yeh i agree hes not up there with the greats but the keyboard world is huge and hes not gonna knock those the top but his band doesnt either. i just think he could be better represented in a better band. more neo progressive would suit his style more, i would say

the guitarist does perfectly well for the song, its meant to be technical, the bass is insignificant in this song but if you hear there album version of encyclopedia he does some VERY interesting things, the drummer has great grove, i didnt see him mess up once, he's damn near flawless, and i kind of agree on the vocalist but he's deffinitly not the worst i've heard. the keyboardist is ok but Jens, Jordan, Mikko, Pinella, Moore i think top him pretty easily.

no way! the keyboard player is lightyears ahead of the others. the guitarist is a technician he just doesnt serve the song at all. the bass player is insignificant. the drummer is sloppy and the vocalist is mediocre. keyboardist is top, top, top! |
