Montauk Monster - thoughts and some evidence

Note! this was a video response to this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v... Some of the stuff is directed towards what is said in that video, specifically the turtle part. To me it looks like a dog or a raccoon. I'm pretty sure it's either of those two. It could be something that is unknown to me, but I doubt it. In the first picture, it looks like a Raccoon, while in the second picture (if it is the same animal?) it kinda looks like a dog. It could be both, although the evidence suggests a Raccoon. Another example of Raccoon teeth: http://flickr.com/photos/ronjb... Paws: http://flickr.com/photos/ocpet... http://flickr.com/photos/ocpet... Dog paw: http://flickr.com/photos/marcv... Dog front paw underside - you can see it looks very different from the "monsters" paw: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wi... As you can see here, the underside of a raccoon paw does look like the monsters paw (if you ignore the colour): http://www.primitiveways.com/I...

I believe the Montauk monster is either a dog or a raccoon. But my vote goes for dog.

I vote for rotten raccoon.

the head looks like a triceratops with a pteradactual beak and the arms look like a humans but the hands look like they have squid suckers on them and the legs look like kangaroos and the tail and body a bulls and on the wrist a bracelet indicating intelegience i think evolution

The animal has no beak, it is just exposed bone from the crania. The animal is decomposing. The shape of the so called "beak" is identical with the shape of the upper crania of a raccoon - for the n'th time.

uhhh, what?. I have lots of raccoons around where I live and none of them have beaks. you even showed your own pic of a raccoon and it didnt have a beak. do the raccoons on Long Island have beaks? where do these beaked racc9oons come from?

Ok, sorry! I thought you were replying to me. I'll just delete my reply then, as it isn't needed! Thank you.

I was responding to his post, not yours. He freaked out like your just killed his puppy.

Yes, they can have sorts of claws, but they don't look like this creature at all. Most importantly they don't have teeth like this creature has.
chesterkit (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
If his words are so worthless why are you screaming and acting like he just pissed in your cereal?
