Arnold and his competitors got steroids from doctors in those days, who knows what shit gets prescribed nowadays, that may be illegal in the future! actually steroids are still given for some medical conditions.Steroids now are much more potent, Arnold is an inspiration

You're going to need a lot more than 5 meals per day if you want somebody to double their kg body weight in protein grams. Somebody who weighs 79 kg (pretty average sized person, some might even call that small), would be eating about 31 g of protein per meal which is not easy to do unless you're eating half a chicken five times a day. At 2 g per kg of body weight, you'd expect a body builder to be eating more like 8-9 times a day. 1-1.5 g per kg is a more realistic target for a beginner. |
