Greek Court overturn accusation charges for orthodox priest Apostolos Vavilis mafia member that was implicated in the fall of the pyramidal firms in Albania 1997. He has been charged with falsifying passports so far and he will buy the sentence of that charge with money, it is lawful in Greece! E vetmja akuze ndaj tij tashme ishte vetem ajo e falsifikimit te pasaportave per te cilen do paguaje garancine ne leke. Athine-Apostolos Vavilis, emri me i lakuar ne Shqiperi per firmat piramidale eshte lene i lire nga Gjykata e Apelit ne Greqi. Vavilis pasi u akuzua per implikim ne firmat piramidale ne vendin tone ne 1997 u la i lire nga gjykata greke, kundrejt nje nje garancie pasurore prej 10 mije eurosh. Keshilli i nje gjykate speciale ka vendosur se Vavilis nuk eshte person i rrezikshem por ka dhene urdher per ndalimin e daljes se tij nga Greqia dhe paraqitjen e tij te detyruar ne rajonin e policise sa here ti kerkohet kjo gje. I njohur si "njeriu me nje mije fytyra", Vavilis u akuzua per implikim ne firmat piramidale ne vendin tone ne 1997 dhe u përfol per lidhjet e tij me Vehbi Alimucaj. Por Vavilis prej kohesh ishte liruar nga gjykatat greke edhe nga akuza per implikim ne firmat piramidale per mungese provash. E vetmja akuze ndaj tij tashme ishte vetem ajo e falsifikimit te pasaportave per te cilen do paguaje garancine ne leke. Ndaj tij kane rene dhe akuzat e shkeljes se marrveshjeve te fshehta, vjedhjes dhe mashtrimit per objekte me vlera te medha. Vavilis u arrestua ne Bolonja te Italise 3 vjet me pare dhe pas negociatash te shumta midis dy ministrive te drejtesise se te dy vendeve u soll ne Greqi per te zbatuar denimin prej 7 vjetesh qe kishte marre per shitje lendesh narkorike ne vitin 1988. Gjithashtu ndaj tij rendonin edhe akuza spiunazhi dhe bashkepunim ne veprime mafioze. Po keshtu mbi te ka pasur dhe akuza se ka ndermjetesuar me autoritetet greke per transferimin ne Janine te rreth 30 miliarde dhrahmive,te firmes piramidale VEFA dhe te 5 miliarde te kompanise CENAJ. Gazeta greke "Apogjevmatini" ka botuar atehere disa artikuj ku ndermjet te tjerash akuzonte Vavilin se ndermjetesoi ne blerjen e nje hoteli dhe nje vile prej bosit te VEFA-s ne Athine. PO sipas shtypit grek Vavilis ishte personi qe ne bashkepunim me ish-konsullin italian ne Janine, Kristos Ciondis, terhoqen nga depozitat e Gjallices disa milione dollare dhe ndihmuan administratoret e saj t'i fshiheshin drejtesise.
