ok a couple of comments 1. He used to wear that on his cheek for his brother that was in prison. Nelly said it was his way for his brother to know he was thinkn of him and Nelly said when his bro got out he'd stop wearing it which if you;ll notice he has. 2. Daaaaammmmnnn aint he just FINE!!!
