Ha. Do you really think little kids are going to pay attention if this guy tried teaching them grammar and the like? I'm sure this lesson was for fun and so the children were having fun and learning interesting English words and more importantly, so they would become interested in the language itself and continue to learn it.
It may seem stupid to you, but it looks like THEY were enjoying it.

Hi! to the op, would you say there is a bias against hiring people of Asian descent (albeit native born american speakers), either in eikawas or for the jet program?
Did you encounter any asian americans teaching english during your stay? If so, did they relate any of their experiences with you?
