Max Roach has always drawn criticism from people who can't comprehend a drummer actually crossing a bar line. His rhythmic sense is so complex as to seem nonsensical to those who think Dave Weckl is the greatest jazz drummer to ever live.

ok so why did you have to attack me? When i posted what i did i was SERIOUSLY asking if there was something that i was missing. Meaning I understand that there is a crap load of music that i dont understand, i wanted some one to explain what i might have been missing. and your comment that had the phrase "lame white people" i find rather hilarious. That shows that you lack not only humility but you also lack maturity...i suggest you work on those.
