Awsome practice. But It isn't a good idea to talk while doing such intense asanas because it disturbs prana vaya. Best to talk others through, pick a person to demonstrate. Tip for teachers, Hari om!

She's pretty awesome--totally cool person! If you ever get a chance to go to one of her workshops go for it! She'll defiantly inspire you.

I don't even think there is a difference. Anusara just uses differnet language (spiral instead of rotation etc.). John Freind studied under Iyengar and I practice Iyengar and went to a few Anusara classes and to be honest I couldn't tell what the main difference was besides certain language the Anusara people are supposed to use.

It is my understanding Iyengar yoga is one of the principle parts of the foundation or the inspiration of Anusara Yoga
